The Certification Body of the Federal Governmental Budget Institution “The All-Russian State Center for Quality and Standardization of Animal Drugs and Feed” (FGBU «VGNKI»).
Mandatory conformity assessment is carried out by: issuing the Declaration of Conformity (declaration procedure) and mandatory certification.
Voluntary conformity assessment is carried out through voluntary certification.
The VGNKI Certification Body has:
- staff specially trained and qualified in the field of certification and standardization;
- updated bank of formally issued regulatory standardization documents covering products and testing methods “Technorma”;
- quality system of the VGNKI Certification Body in compliance with requirements of Federal law No. 412-FZ dated December 28, 2013 “On accreditation in the national accreditation system” and Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation No. 326 dated May 30, 2014 “On adoption of Accreditation criteria, list of documents, confirming compliance of the applicant or (and) accredited entity with Accreditation criteria, list of documents in the field of standardization, which ensure compliance of applicants and accredited entities with accreditation criteria, if applicants and accredited entities meet the requirements set in these documents” and GOST R ISO/IEC 17065-2012. National standard of the Russian Federation. Conformity assessment. Requirements for certification bodies in charge of products, processes and services, allow us to ensure impartiality and transparency of the services provided in the field of conformity assessment in the VGNKI Product Certification Body.
