In 2011, received a master's degree at the Russian State Agrarian University – Moscow Timiryazev State Agricultural Academy in the field of "Economics," and in 2013, underwent professional training in "Public Administration" at M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Work experience:
2009–2013 – Assistant, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Statistics and Econometrics at the Faculty of Accounting and Finance of the Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Timiryazev State Agricultural Academy (part-time position);
2009–2024 – Leading Specialist-Expert, Chief Specialist-Expert, Deputy Head of the Division of Consolidated Planning and Budgeting at the Department of Financial and Operational Support of the Rosselkhoznadzor; Head of the Planning and Economic Division of the Financial Department of the Rosselkhoznadzor; Deputy Head of the Financial Department of the Rosselkhoznadzor;
