CERTIFICATION BODY OF VGNKI UNDERWENT ACCREDITAION PROCEDURE  

By Order of the Federal Accreditation Service (Rosakkreditatsiya) No. Aa-435 dated October 15, 2024, the competence of the Certification Body of the Russian State Center for Quality and Standardization of Veterinary Drugs and Feed (VGNKI) was confirmed. The accreditation procedure was carried out in accordance with the Federal Law No. 412-FZ dated December 28, 2013, "On Accreditation in the national accreditation system" and with the accreditation plan SM No. 03.1-9.0017 dated April 22, 2024, "Accreditation plan for certification bodies in the national accreditation system".

During the inspection, the expert group from Rosakkreditatsiya assessed the current quality management system, material and technical resources, personnel qualifications, and the availability of necessary documentation.

Based on the assessment results, an expert protocol was compiled confirming the competence and compliance of the Certification Body with the accreditation criteria. The information was added to the Register of Accredited Entities, assigning a new unique accreditation record number – RA.RU.11HK39.

Currently, the scope of accreditation of the Certification Body of VGNKI for voluntary certification includes the following products:

- veterinary medicines;

- feeds and feed additives;

- breeding stock;

- diagnostic agents;

- food products (meat and fish).
